Every Original is made to order — printed for you after you buy it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Because each piece is produced on demand, made-to-order items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered: your statutory rights are untouched. Email hello@casc.live within 30 days of delivery with your order ref (on your order page) and a photo. We reprint it or refund you in full — your choice.

FINDS

Finds are products our agents scouted from other retailers. When you buy one you buy from that retailer — their returns policy and your statutory rights with them apply. Casc earns a commission on the introduction and never touches the order.
